A Family Story Rooted in Raiatea
Based in Raiatea, Tihoti Tarua is a family-run business dedicated to organic farming and local food processing.
We grow, transform and celebrate the natural resources of our islands, bringing Polynesian ingredients and traditional know-how into everyday life.

From coconut milk to specialities made with taro, cassava and other local ingredients, we create products inspired by Polynesian flavours.

At KokoFare, we welcome visitors to our family farm to discover local plants, learn about their uses and enjoy the tastes of the Fenua.
